Data we receive

Contact form: the form sends nothing to a server. It composes your message and opens it in WhatsApp on your own device. You decide whether to send it, and the data then travels through WhatsApp under that service’s terms.

Direct contact: when you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep your name, contact details and the content of the exchange for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our accounting obligations.

Server logs: our host automatically records technical connection data, including your IP address, for security and operational purposes.

This site uses no analytics tools, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States). Technical connection data may be processed outside Switzerland.

Google Maps: the map on the Contact page is loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. If you would rather avoid this, do not open the Contact page or block third-party content in your browser.

WhatsApp: if you write to us via WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to that service’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. A simple message to the email address above is enough; we reply within a reasonable time.

You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as the purpose or our legal obligations require, in particular the ten-year retention of accounting records.

Data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
